How to Smoke Cannabis Concentrates<\/span><\/p>\n

Cannabis concentrates might be intimidating products for average consumers to get into. Not only are they very strong, but using them tends to require some form of preparation. Depending on the concentrate this could vary from simply changing your normal bowl packing process, to buying entirely new rigs and equipment. The easiest concentrate to get into is one many people might not consider a concentrate, and that\u2019s kief.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cKief\u201d is a loose pure and clean collection of cannabis trichomes. Trichomes are small stalks that grow on cannabis flower and have the highest concentration of TAC (Total Active Cannabinoids) in the plant. This includes chemicals like THC and CBD. To smoke kief you just need to pack a bowl or bong like you normally do with any cannabis strain. After packing just sprinkle some kief on top like an ice-cream sundae and smoke like you would any other bowl. This should produce a much stronger hit and experience than the average bud.<\/span><\/p>\n

Another well known concentrate is \u201cwax\u201d which is a solidified form of THC that is produced through an extraction process. It\u2019s waxy texture can make it tricky to smoke, and many people purchase dab rigs specifically for this concentrate. Wax can be vaped, or infused with flower and is one of the strongest forms of cannabis concentrate you can buy. A dab rig is essentially a bong with a titanium, ceramic, quartz, glass nail or banger attached to it. First you\u2019ll need a torch of some kind to heat the nail. After heating, you should wait for the nail to cool down a bit. Finally place your wax on the nail and inhale the vapor being produced.<\/span><\/p>\n

Badder is a similar concentrate to wax, but it has a totally different texture and consistency. It has a whipped and smooth texture much like cake frosting. To smoke it you just need to set up the dab rig like you would with wax, and place the badder on the hot nail. Inhale the vapor like normal. You can also use badder in vape pens, or mixed with some with your flower in a blunt or joint. To store your badder, place it in a dark air-tight container in a cool environment. This should prevent oxidation and spoilage.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
