    Great shop, decent strain variety separate from what everyone else has on stock, at reasonable pricing. Budtender Jay, who was working 3/4/25 first shift, was a top shelf company representative, with great customer service and support skills, very knowledgeable, efficient and polite, and was able to direct me to exactly what I was looking for. Easily one of the top shops in the western mass area.Highly recommend.

    I've had a great experience here every time. The selection is great, and the pre-order menu online is extensive and easy to use. The staff is always super-friendly and helpful. Just can't say enough good things about this place.

    We love the staff and have been coming here since it opened. We were really thrilled when they started offering an educator discount, but they discontinued it. It was a great perk that made Holyoke Cannabis competitive and it's a shame that they are likely going to price themselves out.

    Absolutely love Holyoke Cannabis! The local customer service here is impeccable—every time I visit, the staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. They go above and beyond to ensure you find exactly what you’re looking for, making it a really enjoyable experience. The prices are also some of the best around, and the quality of their products is outstanding. It’s clear they care about both their customers and the products they offer. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a top-notch cannabis dispensary! I met the owner, James who was extremely knowledgeable and it was wonderful to meet a local owner who’s investing in our community.

    No doubt in my mind this is by far the best dispensary in Holyoke. Containing the Cheapest prices for the highest quality products, no other place can come close to the hospitable environment that is encouraged inside the building. The staff are friendly and professional, quick to help you find the right product for you. If you decide to visit this dispensary, ask for Jay he's an amazing helping hand that will assist you in the right direction.

    Update: I spoke with Lisa and I cannot begin to describe how lovely she was. She already knew exactly what happened and had informed me about how she went above and beyond to ensure her customers have a good experience. That starts with staffing and training, it’s clear from the 2 years I’ve been coming here that I’ve had nothing but good experiences; even my dog has stopped by and had a good time! All the staff here are genuinely kind, no training needed for that.Thank you to the staff and Lisa for running the best dispo around!I’ve been coming here for awhile and always have a good experience. Today, I did not. One of the women that works here was unpleasant and pretty rude. I asked twice how much it was going to cost before tax and she refused to tell me the price. I’m spending a lot of money buying 1 oz at a time so I feel like customer service should be way better. When I asked for a receipt she rudely told me it was in the bag. This absolutely influenced my decision on coming back. All the guys at the door are lovely, I really hope this woman wasn’t the manager, if she is she needs to continue her education in customer service.

    Great selections of excellent goods of quality companies. I prefer Happy Valley and they carry a high variety of their more quality items which makes it that much better of an experience. The staff is always attentive and ready for what I’m looking for. Highly recommend.

    I recently visited Holyoke Cannabis Dispensary and I must say, from the moment I walked in, I was impressed. The ambience was wonderful, with someone holding the door for me and everyone greeting me with a smile. The place exudes coziness and warmth, making you feel right at home.Owner James is not just a boss, but he's like a coworker with everyone, fostering a sense of camaraderie and fun among the staff. Lisa, the manager, was incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring that my experience was nothing short of excellent. Jason and Jacob were super friendly, even shaking my hand as I left.Overall, Holyoke Cannabis Dispensary is a very cool place with a welcoming atmosphere and friendly staff. I would definitely recommend it to everyone. Five stars!
