Directions

Getting Here From Springfield

Springfield has its own dispensaries. We are not going to open by pretending otherwise. What we have is the drive up the valley, and it is a simple one: I-91 North, then I-391 into downtown Holyoke. You can see what is in stock before you go.

From Downtown Springfield and the South End

From Main Street or Court Square it is about eight and a half miles — figure fifteen minutes or so when traffic behaves. You will come up I-91 North onto I-391 and down into the mill district; Dwight Street is a few turns off the highway. From the South End add a couple of minutes getting onto the highway, then it is the same run.

From the North End, Brightwood and Memorial Square

You are the closest part of the city to us. Under seven miles, around twelve to fifteen minutes, either up MA-116 or on the highway. If you live in Brightwood or Memorial Square, the drive to Holyoke is genuinely shorter than a lot of cross-town trips inside Springfield.

From East Springfield, Sixteen Acres and Forest Park

From East Springfield it is about six and a half miles, running MA-141 to I-391 North. From Sixteen Acres, closer to eleven miles and around twenty minutes on the same route. From Forest Park, about eleven and a half miles up I-91 North, also close to twenty minutes. This is the longer end of the trip, and it is the group most likely to want to order ahead.

Where to park, and what the door looks like. We are at 380 Dwight Street, Suite 3, in a historic mill building in downtown Holyoke. If you are driving in from out of town, parking is usually the part people worry about, so: there is free street parking on Dwight Street and the blocks around it. No garage, no meters, no hunting. The main entrance is step-free — sidewalk straight to the counter, no stairs. If the downtown grid is unfamiliar, call (413) 322-8611 and we will walk you in.

Hours

Open Until 11PM, Seven Days a Week

8AM to 11PM. Monday through Sunday. Holidays included unless we post otherwise.

Springfield is the city where this matters most, and it is worth being specific about why.

It is a shift-work city. Plenty of people finish at nine, ten, eleven.

So picture the actual trip. You are heading north on I-91 after a late shift. It is 10:20. You order from the parking lot before you pull out, we have it bagged by the time you are past the North End, and you are back on the road inside a couple of minutes. Or it is a Sunday evening, everything is winding down, and you would rather handle it tonight than build a trip into tomorrow.

We open at 8AM too, which is the same argument in reverse. If you work overnights, your evening starts when everyone else’s morning does.

None of this is a promotion and there is nothing to enroll in. It is just when we are open.

Why us

Worth the Drive Up I-91

Here is the honest version. You have options in your own city, and we are further away than all of them. These are the reasons Springfield customers give us for driving past them.

We are open until 11. It is the reason that comes up first.

Order ahead, so the drive ends at a counter and not a queue. This matters more on a fifteen-minute trip than a five-minute one. Place your order before you leave the house and the drive is the wait — you arrive, show ID, and go.

The concentrate shelf. Concentrates are the category we go furthest on: live rosin, badder, sugar, sauce, diamonds, hash and RSO syringes. If you are chasing a format rather than just a product, that range is the thing worth building a trip around.

We grow some of it ourselves. Holyoke Cannabis runs in-house cultivation on proprietary strains and buys direct from Pioneer Valley cultivators, with our procurement manager selecting brands by hand.

Staff who will actually talk to you. No condescension for a first-timer, no lecturing a regular. Ask a basic question and get a straight answer. That is the whole operating principle at our Holyoke dispensary.

We are an independent shop. Holyoke Cannabis has been independently owned since 2021, founded here and located downtown on purpose, as part of what has been rebuilding on Dwight Street.

And parking is not a problem — free on the street, step-free at the door, seconds from car to counter.

Selection

What’s On the Menu

The menu is live and tracks the shelf, so what is online is what is in the building. Check before you drive, particularly if you are coming from the far side of the city.

Concentrates

This is our category. Live rosin, badder, sugar, sauce, diamonds, hash and RSO syringes — real range across formats and textures, not three variations on one thing. See the current concentrates selection.

Cannabis flower grown at Holyoke Cannabis — Massachusetts craft cultivation

Flower. Part of the flower menu is grown in-house on our own proprietary strains. The rest comes from Pioneer Valley cultivators we buy from directly rather than through a distributor. All of it is Massachusetts lab-tested, with TAC and THC printed plainly on the label so you are reading numbers instead of interpreting a name. Stock turns over constantly — if something you liked is gone by your next trip, ask.

Everything Else — Pre-Rolls, Vapes, Edibles, Tinctures

We carry pre-rolls in singles and multipacks, vapes and cartridges across the common hardware types, a working range of edibles, and tinctures. Not the widest shelf in the city on every one of those, and we would rather say so than pretend.

Pickup

How Ordering and Pickup Works

  1. Order on our menu. You will get a confirmation.
  2. We pull it and hold it under your name until we close.
  3. Show ID at the counter, pay, and you are out.

Walk-ins are always welcome. Ordering ahead just removes the browsing step, and on a drive this length that is the difference between a quick stop and a detour. From downtown Springfield you can order before you merge onto I-91 and it will be ready before you reach the Holyoke exits.

We do not deliver. Pickup and in-store only. Massachusetts delivery licenses are currently restricted to a specific class of applicants, and Holyoke Cannabis is not one of them — so there is no delivery to Springfield, and none coming that we can promise. If you want it tonight, come get it. We are open until 11.

En español

Se Habla Español

Atendemos en español. Springfield and Holyoke share a large Puerto Rican community, and a number of our team members speak Spanish — so if you would rather shop, ask questions, or work through the menu in Spanish, that is not a problem here.

If you would like Spanish assistance on a particular visit, call ahead at (413) 322-8611 and we will let you know who is on shift.

The rules

Is Cannabis Legal in Springfield?

Yes. Adults 21 and over may legally purchase cannabis from any licensed Massachusetts adult-use retailer. There is no residency requirement — living in Springfield does not limit you to Springfield shops, and Massachusetts law treats a licensed retailer in Holyoke exactly the same as one down the street from you. Bring a valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID showing you are 21 or older. We check every customer, every visit, no exceptions.

Massachusetts sets limits on how much cannabis an adult may buy in a single transaction. Following the April 2026 statutory update, those limits are up to 2 ounces of flower, up to 10 grams of THC in concentrate, or up to 1,000 mg of THC in edibles. These are state limits, not store policy.

Holyoke Cannabis is a licensed Massachusetts adult-use retailer. We are not a medical dispensary and we do not serve medical patients as patients.

FAQ

Springfield Dispensary FAQ

How far is Holyoke Cannabis from Springfield?

About eight and a half miles from downtown Springfield, typically fifteen minutes or so up I-91 North and onto I-391. From the North End, Brightwood or Memorial Square you are closer — under seven miles, around twelve to fifteen minutes. From East Springfield, about six and a half miles. From Forest Park or Sixteen Acres, figure eleven miles and close to twenty minutes.

What time does Holyoke Cannabis close?

11:00 PM, seven days a week. We open at 8:00 AM and stay open until 11:00 PM every day, Monday through Sunday, holidays included unless we post otherwise. If you are driving home up I-91 after a late shift, you have time.

Do I have to live in Holyoke to shop here?

No. Any adult 21 or older with a valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID can purchase at any licensed Massachusetts adult-use retailer, whatever city or state they live in. No residency requirement, no registration, no card of any kind.

Can I order online and pick up on my way through?

Yes, and it is the way to do it on this drive. Order on our menu before you leave, we hold it under your name until close, and you show ID at the counter when you arrive.

Do you deliver to Springfield?

No. Holyoke Cannabis is pickup and in-store only. Massachusetts delivery licenses remain restricted to a specific class of applicants and we do not hold one, so we cannot deliver to Springfield or anywhere else. Please plan on picking up in person.

Where do I park?

Free street parking on Dwight Street and the surrounding blocks — no garage, no meters. The main entrance is step-free from the sidewalk, so there are no stairs between the car and the counter.

Do you have Spanish-speaking staff?

How much can I buy in one visit?

Massachusetts sets the limit, not the store. Following the April 2026 statutory update, an adult may purchase up to 2 ounces of flower, up to 10 grams of THC in concentrate, or up to 1,000 mg of THC in edibles in a single transaction.
