A licensed Massachusetts adult-use dispensary at 380 Dwight Street in downtown Holyoke, a straight run north from West Springfield on Route 5 or I-91. Open 8AM to 11PM, seven days a week. Adults 21+ with valid photo ID.
West Springfield does not have an adult-use shop of its own, so wherever you buy, you are crossing a town line. Holyoke is the one straight north, and the drive is about as simple as it gets: Route 5 up the west bank, or I-91 North onto I-391 into downtown. You can see what is in stock before you go.
This is the simplest run there is. Route 5 north out of the Riverdale strip follows the west bank of the river straight into Holyoke without putting you on a highway at all. Figure around nine miles and fifteen minutes or so from the middle of the strip, a little more if you catch the lights. If you are already out running errands on Riverdale, you are most of the way here.
Pick up I-91 North from the Memorial Avenue side of town and stay on it to I-391, which drops you into downtown Holyoke a few turns from Dwight Street. On a clear run it is a little over fifteen minutes. During Big E season, expect the roads around the Eastern States Exposition grounds to add time getting out of the neighborhood — that is the stretch of the year when Route 5 is usually the faster of the two.
From the western end of town the usual path is Route 20 east to Route 5 north, or cut over to I-91 if you would rather stay on the highway for most of it. Either way it is closer to twenty minutes than fifteen — still a short drive rather than a trip, and the part of town most likely to want to order ahead.
Where to park, and what the door looks like. We are at 380 Dwight Street, Suite 3, in a historic mill building in downtown Holyoke. If you are driving in from out of town, parking is usually the part people worry about, so: there is free street parking on Dwight Street and the blocks around it. No garage, no meters, no hunting. The main entrance is step-free — sidewalk straight to the counter, no stairs. If the downtown grid is unfamiliar, call (413) 322-8611 and we will walk you in.
8AM to 11PM. Monday through Sunday. Holidays included unless we post otherwise.
That is the whole of it — not a promotion, nothing to enroll in, just when the doors are open.
It matters mostly for planning. If you are coming up Route 5 after work, you are not racing an early close. If you keep an early schedule, the 8AM open means you can stop on the way rather than building a separate trip around it. Either way, order ahead on the menu and we will hold it under your name until we close.
Here is the honest version. West Springfield has no adult-use retailer of its own, and for some of you the options across the river are closer than we are. These are the reasons West Springfield customers give us for coming north instead.
It is a straight line. Route 5 north is a road most of the town already drives. There is nothing to navigate — you stay on it until you are here.
Order ahead, so the drive ends at a counter and not a queue. This matters more on a fifteen-minute trip than a five-minute one. Place your order before you leave and the drive is the wait — you arrive, show ID, and go.
The concentrate shelf. Concentrates are the category we go furthest on: live rosin, badder, sugar, sauce, diamonds, hash and RSO syringes. If you are chasing a format rather than just a product, that range is the thing worth building a trip around.
We grow some of it ourselves. Holyoke Cannabis runs in-house cultivation on proprietary strains and buys direct from Pioneer Valley cultivators, with our procurement manager selecting brands by hand.
Staff who will actually talk to you. No condescension for a first-timer, no lecturing a regular. Ask a basic question and get a straight answer. That is the whole operating principle at our Holyoke dispensary.
We are an independent shop. Holyoke Cannabis has been independently owned since 2021, founded here and located downtown on purpose, as part of what has been rebuilding on Dwight Street.
And parking is not a problem — free on the street, step-free at the door, seconds from car to counter.
The menu is live and tracks the shelf, so what is online is what is in the building. Worth checking before you drive up, particularly if you are coming from the western end of town.
This is our category. Live rosin, badder, sugar, sauce, diamonds, hash and RSO syringes — real range across formats and textures, not three variations on one thing. See the current concentrates selection.
Flower. Part of the flower menu is grown in-house on our own proprietary strains. The rest comes from Pioneer Valley cultivators we buy from directly rather than through a distributor. All of it is Massachusetts lab-tested, with TAC and THC printed plainly on the label so you are reading numbers instead of interpreting a name. Stock turns over constantly — if something you liked is gone by your next trip, ask.
We carry pre-rolls in singles and multipacks, vapes and cartridges across the common hardware types, a working range of edibles, and tinctures. Not the widest shelf in the city on every one of those, and we would rather say so than pretend.
Walk-ins are always welcome. Ordering ahead just removes the browsing step, and on a drive this length that is the difference between a quick stop and an errand. From the Riverdale strip you can order before you pull out and it will be ready well before you reach Holyoke.
We do not deliver. Pickup and in-store only. Massachusetts delivery licenses are currently restricted to a specific class of applicants, and Holyoke Cannabis is not one of them — so there is no delivery to West Springfield, and none coming that we can promise. If you want it tonight, come get it.
Atendemos en español. Holyoke and the communities along this stretch of the river share a large Puerto Rican population, and a number of our team members speak Spanish — so if you would rather shop, ask questions, or work through the menu in Spanish, that is not a problem here.
If you would like Spanish assistance on a particular visit, call ahead at (413) 322-8611 and we will let you know who is on shift.
Yes. Adults 21 and over may legally purchase cannabis from any licensed Massachusetts adult-use retailer. There is no residency requirement — and because Massachusetts lets each municipality decide whether to host retail cannabis at all, where you can legally possess cannabis and where you can legally buy it are two different maps. Living in West Springfield does not limit where you shop. Bring a valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID showing you are 21 or older. We check every customer, every visit, no exceptions.
Massachusetts sets limits on how much cannabis an adult may buy in a single transaction. Following the April 2026 statutory update, those limits are up to 2 ounces of flower, up to 10 grams of THC in concentrate, or up to 1,000 mg of THC in edibles. These are state limits, not store policy.
Holyoke Cannabis is a licensed Massachusetts adult-use retailer. We are not a medical dispensary and we do not serve medical patients as patients.

No. Holyoke Cannabis is pickup and in-store only. Massachusetts delivery licenses remain restricted to a specific class of applicants and we do not hold one, so we cannot deliver to West Springfield or anywhere else. Please plan on picking up in person.
