Every week Holyoke Cannabis features a few strains that we find are special. These are purely personal feelings and have no bearing on who it was grown by.
SFV OG: Sativa Dominant Strain
SFV OG or San Fernando Valley OG is a sativa dominant hybrid strain. Heavily coated in large trichomes with an emerald hue and bright orange hairs. It has an earthy pine, and lemon smell according to Leafly. SFV OG is an OG Kush relative which specific genetics hail from San Fernando Valley. SFV OG will be the perfect all-day strain for a day out with friends or a night in with a movie.
Super Lemon Haze: Sativa Dominant Strain
Super Lemon Haze is another sativa dominant hybrid strain. Super Lemon Haze is a beautiful cross between Lemon Skunk and Super Silver Haze, two very well known and liked strains. Super Lemon Haze can look different depending on who it was cultivated by. It has been said to be laden thick with trichomes and can either be solely a bright emerald color or can have hints of dark green and purple scattered throughout. Super Lemon will certainly be a good choice for daytime activities and staying active.
Lava Cake Strain:
Lava Cake can be an extremely potent indica hybrid strain depending on cultivator. It is a tasty cross between Thin Mint GSC and Grape Pie. Lava Cake is said to product very relaxing effects and will be perfect to help someone unwind after a long day. Lava Cake is also said to have a sweet and earthy smell to it and is generally followed up by a hint of petrol. The buds are thick with large trichomes and is generally a darker green color and can have hints of purple. Lava Cake has become a popular choice for connoisseurs everywhere.
